Obra IntelliJ Liquid Plugin — End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between:

Obra Studio BV, a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Belgium, with registered office at Guldenvliesstraat 77, 2600 Berchem, Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0836 003 210 (“Licensor”, “we”, “us”),

and

the individual or legal entity using the Plugin (“User”, “you”).

By installing or using the Plugin, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Definitions

Plugin — the software product “Obra IntelliJ Liquid Plugin”.
JetBrains IDEs — development environments distributed by JetBrains.
License — the right to use the Plugin under this Agreement.

2. License Grant

Subject to this Agreement and payment of applicable fees, Obra Studio BV grants you a:

limited
non-exclusive
non-transferable
non-sublicensable

license to install and use the Plugin solely within supported JetBrains IDEs for your internal business or personal use.

The Plugin is licensed, not sold.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Plugin remain exclusively owned by Obra Studio BV.

This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Plugin. You are granted only a right of use under the conditions of this Agreement.

4. Restrictions

You may NOT:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Plugin.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin, except where explicitly permitted by applicable law.
Distribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or lease the Plugin.
Use the Plugin to develop a competing product.
Circumvent license enforcement or usage limitations.

5. License Scope & Users

Each individual user requires a valid license unless otherwise agreed.
Licenses may not be shared between multiple users.
Organizations must ensure compliance by all employees and contractors.

6. Fees & Subscription

The Plugin may be provided under:

One-time purchase, or
Subscription-based licensing.

Access and functionality may be limited by:

License tier
Duration
Usage constraints

Failure to maintain a valid license may result in suspension or limitation of access.

7. Updates & Maintenance

Obra Studio BV may:

Provide updates, patches, and improvements.
Modify or discontinue features at any time.

Updates may be required to maintain compatibility with JetBrains IDEs.

8. Data & Privacy

The Plugin may:

Process project files locally within your environment.
Collect anonymous usage data for product improvement.

We do not access or store your source code externally unless explicitly stated.

9. Third-Party Components

The Plugin may include third-party software components subject to their own license terms. Such components are not governed by this Agreement.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law:

The Plugin is provided “AS IS”.
No warranties are given regarding:
- fitness for a particular purpose
- error-free operation
- uninterrupted availability

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Obra Studio BV shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- loss of profits, data, or business
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Plugin.

12. Termination

This Agreement automatically terminates if you breach any provision of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must:

Cease all use of the Plugin.
Delete all copies.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of Belgium.

Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver.
You may not assign this Agreement without prior written consent.
